Your account: Keep your login confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Prohibited: Illegal use, IP infringement, malware, harassment, and impersonation.

Intellectual property: All site content belongs to Marion’s Healthy Lifestyle LLC; no reuse without written permission.

User content: You’re responsible for what you post and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with services; no harmful/obscene/infringing content.

Coaching services: Educational support only—not medical advice; no guarantees; you remain responsible for health decisions and consulting your provider.

Payments: Fees in USD; generally non-refundable (see Refund Policy). Payments via Stripe may be suspended if failed payments occur.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend/terminate services for violations or nonpayment.

Disclaimers: Services are provided “as is.”

Liability limit: We’re not liable for indirect/consequential damages; total liability capped to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

Indemnification: You’ll hold us harmless for claims arising from your use/violations.

Changes: Terms may be updated; continued use = acceptance.

Governing law/disputes: Michigan, USA law; binding arbitration (AAA), with possible injunctive relief in court.
